DELIVERY

 

All UK orders include Free UK Standard Royal Mail Delivery. Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.

If you want your item for the next day we offer a next day delivery service Monday to Friday:

Order before 12pm Mon-Thurs and you should receive your order by 1pm. This will cost £7.50

Please Note: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not present at the time of delivery your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are happy to send our jewellery to other parts of the world, using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed where available. This should take a maximum of 7 working days but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We have a standard cost of £11.00

Please contact us if you would like your tracking number and where available we shall send it to you.

Please Note: Any import duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.

All Julie Duggan Designs come in their own beautiful boxes as shown on the products page. Rings come in velvet bags.

LOST DELIVERIES

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Julie Duggan Designs cannot be held responsible for any goods that are lost or delayed in basic transit.
